Shipping

Custom Orders are normally delivered within 4 -5 weeks of the date of purchase. Our custom items are truly handmade by our staff and take time and care to perfect. Once your item is completed, inspected, and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information. This email and all correspondence from us will go through the email address that you input at the time of purchase.

Non-Custom Orders are normally delivered within 14 business days of the purchase date (this does not apply to pre/back orders). Once your item is completed, inspected, and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information. This email and all correspondence from us will go through the email address that you input at the time of purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be sent to you and you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking?

Will my items be sent in one package?

Due to the logistics in our fulfillment center items in the same purchase may ship separately. 

 

Returns

We stand behind our products and their quality but we will accept returns if:

  • The item is not as described
  • Shipping error
  • There is a manufacturing issue

In order to request a refund please contact us via email within 5 days of your order being delivered to inform us of your need to return. The item must be in original, new condition, and in its original packaging in order to be returned.

Once we receive the item we will process the return within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the returned merchandise is received and a refund has been processed.
